- @DarthPungz OK, well I download GTAV_Setup_Tool from after logging in my account. I went through the setup and when it started downloading the game files I exited it and copied/pasted my backed up files into the installed folder.

Hi everyone. Don't know if anyone is stuck on the loading screen like this:
The fix is fairly simple and easy to do.
Gtav_setup_tool.exe Download
If your windows username has special characters like:'ä ã é è', your documents link inside windows will be something like:
Example: C:UsersJoãoDocuments
So having the special character within this link will make the GTA V Setup tool, get stuck, because it doesn't recognise those characters.
All you have to do is create a username without the characters like: Joao to be like this:

C:UsersJoaoDocuments
Doing this will make the GTA V Setup tool work as intended:
